I am headed back down to ECHO in North Fort Myers, FL next week for the Tropical Agriculture Development II class. The focus of this class will be various edible underutilized tropical crops. We will spend three days dedicated to learning about growing, propagating, and harvesting various crops, including vegetables, starches and grains. One of these amazing plants is moringa. I first learned about it in the TAD I class in January and looking forward to learning more.
Please pray for safe travels and an amazing week of learning. I look forward to sharing when I get back.
