Today my lovely wife boards a plane with 5 other people and heads to Rwanda, Africa for 10 days. Please pray for her and the team as they visit and minister to the children and the community in Cygera Rwanda. Through HOPE 221 we help support an orphan home and local church in that village and have visited almost every year. It will be a special time for her as this is where our Africa journey started 4 years ago. If you have never been on a short term mission trip AIM has many you can choose from. I strongly encourage you to try one. 
You can also pray for me as this Saturday I tackle a goal 2 years in the making . I hope to complete my first Olympic length triathlon in under 3 hrs.
